- I am 33 years old and living in Abita Springs, Louisiana with my boyfriend Augie and our three cats and chihuahua mix. We are soon expecting the arrival of our first baby, Alexander! I enjoy reading, wine, reality TV (I know!), and running, among other things. After years of casual jogging I ran my first full marathon in 2009. I've now done 2 full marathons, 4 half marathons and several other races...hoping to continue to add to the total!

Just go out and run 2.5 miles then. At this point something is better than nothing. Maybe once you get started you'll want to do more.
